There are two quick ways to find your settings from the Dashboard — you must be logged in to Aissista.
Method A: Click on your Profile Name/Avatar in the top right corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Method B: Click the Settings button located at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar.
Once you are in the Settings menu, stay on the Profile tab to manage your identity:
Change Name: Enter your preferred name in the Name field.
Update Email: If you need to change your login email, type the new address in the Email address field.
Save Changes: Click the blue Save button to apply your updates.
Tip: Keeping your email address up-to-date ensures you never lose access to important account recovery links.
To keep your account secure, it is a good idea to update your password periodically:
Navigate to the Password tab on the left side of the Settings screen.
Enter your Current password first.
Type your New password and then retype it in the Confirm password field to ensure they match.
Click the Save password button to finish.
If you wish to remove your account and all associated data:
Go to the bottom of the Profile section under Delete account.
Note: If you haven't set a password yet (e.g., if you signed up via Google or Meta), you will be prompted to Set Password first before you can proceed with deletion.
Warning: Deleting your account starts a 30days deactivation period. You can cancel this by logging back in within those 30 days.
