If you have forgotten your password or are locked out of your account, follow these steps to regain access.
Go to the login screen and click on the Forgot password? link located just above the password field.
Enter your registered Email address in the provided field.
Complete the reCAPTCHA (I'm not a robot) verification.
Click the Email password reset link button.
Tip: You will see a confirmation message stating: A reset link will be sent if the account exists.
Open your email inbox,spam and look for a message from The Aissista Team.
If you don't see the email in your primary inbox, be sure to check your Spam and Junk folders.
Click the blue Reset Password button inside the email.
If the button doesn't work, copy and paste the long URL provided at the bottom of the email into your browser.
Note: This password reset link is temporary and will expire in 60 minutes.
On the Reset password page, your email will be pre-filled.
Type your new password into the Password field.
Retype it into the Confirm password field.
Complete the reCAPTCHA again and click Reset password.
Once successful, you will be redirected to the login page with a green confirmation message: Your password has been reset. You can now log in using your new credentials.
