How to Use features in Aissista

Step 1: Install the Browser Extension

To use the AI tools, you must install the extension.

• Add the Aissista extension to your browser. If you are chrome user You need to go Chrome Web Store and if you firefox user, you need to go Firefox Add-ons

• After installation, open the extension.

• Log in to your account.

Step 2: Confirm Extension Access

After signing in, the extension icon does not appear automatically.
The icon shows only when you select text inside a supported text area on a webpage or document.

• Open any website.

• Select any text inside an editable field.

• The extension logo will appear near the selected text.

If you don’t see the icon:

• Refresh the webpage

• Make sure you are logged in

• Check that the extension is enabled in your browser

Step 3: Use Your First Feature

• Highlight any text.

• Click the extension icon.

• Select the feature you want.

Wait a few seconds while the result is generated:

Step 4: Apply the Result

You can choose how to use the output:

• Replace the original text

• Insert alongside the original

• Copy to clipboard

Step 5: Use a Custom Prompt

If the built-in features don’t match what you need:

• Type your own prompt in the input box.

• Click Send.

Step 6: Keyboard Shortcuts (Optional)

For faster workflow, you can trigger features using shortcuts:

• Improve Writing — Shift + G

• Translate to English — Shift + T

• Rewrite Email — Shift + Alt + E

• Summarize Text — Shift + S

• Fix Grammar — Shift + Alt + G

• Rewrite Text — Shift + Alt + R

(Some advanced features may not have shortcuts.)
