Follow these steps to manage or terminate your current paid plan.
From your dashboard, click onMembership & Plans in the left-hand sidebar.

On the plan overview page, locate your active plan and click the Manage subscription button.

You will be taken to the Subscription Management page where you can see your service details, such as issue date and billing cycle.
Scroll down to the Service Cancellation section and click the Cancel Subscription button.
Important Note: You will retain access to Pro features until your current billing period ends. Your data will remain available for 30 days after the period expires.

A pop-up window will appear asking for the reason for your cancellation.
Select an option (e.g., Privacy concerns, Multiple accounts, or Other).
Click the red Cancel Subscription button to finalize the process.

Once successful, a green confirmation message will appear: Your subscription has been cancelled.
Your subscription status will now display as Cancelled, and Auto Renew will be shown as Disabled.
